If student is unable to attend class, it is the responsibility of the student and/or parent/guardian to inform the centre in advance and to schedule a replacement class. Replacement classes are subject to the availability of classes and teacher’s schedule especially on weekends. Replacement classes must be completed within a month from the date of absent.
Alternatively, a credit note can be issued for student who is able to produce a Medical Certificate, school’s letter or travel documents (travelling for more than 7 days). A credit note can be used to offset the fees on the following month. Only 2 credit notes will be allowed for every school term.
Our maximum class size is 8 students.
For withdrawal from any class, student and/or parent/guardian will need to give us at least 1 month notice. Deposit shall be used to offset the last 4 lessons’ tuition fees.
We accept payment via PayNow to UEN only.
